T3 Lacrosse is a New Jersey-based player development and education organization focused on the introduction and skill development of lacrosse. T3 offers year-round opportunities for boys and girls from Pre–K through high school. Whether a beginner or advanced player, T3 has a comprehensive offering to meet the various levels of player development. Programs include recreational leagues, small group instruction, clinics and highly-competitive elite tournament teams.
T3 Lacrosse was founded by Lori Brown, a 2-time All-American and former member of Team USA. Lori and her team of exceptional directors and coaches work together to create lacrosse programs that inspire boys and girls. We focus on the complete player by teaching the skills and strategies necessary to be successful on the field. Using our expertise and enthusiasm for the game coupled with our creative instructional approach, we instill within each player the desire to improve.
Lori remains the overall director of T3 Lacrosse as well as the Director of Girls T3 North and Co-Director, with Chris Raichle, of Girls T3 Shore. T3 Girls Staff

The staff at T3 Lacrosse, having been high level athletes and/or coaches ourselves, realize that developing confidence in young boys and girls leads to future success. We strive to build more than great players. We believe the development of self confidence along with an appreciation of what it means to be a part of a team, are as important as mastering the skills and rules of the game. The skills, discipline and teamwork that our programs foster for boys and girls truly “…goes beyond the field”.
