^{T3 Lacrosse programs are staffed by the area’s best coaches for youth and high school players. Our staff also includes current college coaches, recent college graduates, current players from the nation’s top lacrosse programs, former All Americans and members of Team USA. We are fortunate to have  great representation from our local college lacrosse programs.  Equally important, our coaches serve as positive role models supporting the girls’ development both on and off the field. Our player to coach ratio of approximately 12:1 gives us the opportunity to get to know each of the girls individually.}
