Our coaches are our biggest asset… it’s that simple. We expect each coach to bring with them a strong desire to make a difference in a player’s development, both on and off the field.
Due to the popularity and growth of our programs, T3 Lacrosse consistently seeks qualified, mature and responsible coaches. We have part-time coaching opportunities in several New Jersey locations on a year-round basis. We are looking for enthusiastic coaches who are effective in working with players from Pre-K through high school. The level of coaching and playing experience required varies depending on the age group to be coached. Coaching positions have flexible hours primarily with evening and weekend commitments.
