What started as one summer lacrosse camp held in the Somerset Hills in 2002 blossomed into a New Jersey-based player development and educational organization for boys and girls. T3 provides players with opportunities to develop and hone their skills through comprehensive programs for grades Pre-K through high school, beginner through advanced levels. Our rapid growth and success is evident by the enrollment of thousands of players participating in T3 Programs and Elite Teams year round via 4 indoor facilities and multiple outdoor locations.

T3 focuses on developing the complete player by teaching the skills and strategies necessary to be successful on the field. Our youngest and beginner players are introduced to lacrosse fundamentals through a series of individual skills while incorporating game situations when appropriate. As players get older they have the opportunity to participate in recreational league play, clinics, and private and small group instruction. For the truly dedicated and competitive players, T3 offers Elite Teams that compete against the best teams in the country during the summer tournament season.
T3 is dedicated to guiding our players to achieve the level they want to achieve in the sport. During our 8 years as an organization, we have provided individual feedback to players to help them excel on youth teams and in high school, and we have developed annual roadmaps for those players who wish to compete at the college level. We have also guided numerous players and parents through the recruitment process. We are extremely proud of the fact that over 70 T3 Elite Alumni compete at the college level in DI, DII and DIII schools.
Of greater importance, T3 is committed to teaching our players that the attributes that create success on the field translate off the field as well. Our programs, methods, and techniques, delivered in a positive learning environment, enable players to build self-confidence, instill discipline, stress a strong work ethic and help them to understand that the effort that they put in benefits not only themselves individually but impacts the team as a whole. The T3 experience truly goes “…..beyond the field”.
We are……Committed to Choosing, Training and Maintaining the BEST Staff
T3 would not be successful without a talented staff of coaches. Our coaches are our biggest asset… it’s that simple. We expect each coach to bring with them a strong desire to make a difference in a player’s development, both on and off the field. The majority of our coaches have played lacrosse in college and understand the game from a player’s perspective. Our staff includes past and present US team members as well. But not all players make the best coaches. T3 is committed to attracting and retaining not only those individuals who have played competitively and/or coached but those individuals who have a gift for teaching AND care as much about the person as the player.
T3 is an active member of US Lacrosse; the governing body of lacrosse in the USA. Our involvement and commitment enable us to ensure we are current in techniques and new developments that will positively impact our players and/or coaches. We promote continued education to each of our staff members, offering numerous opportunities to learn from other colleagues in both formal and informal training environments. Many of our staff is US Lacrosse Level 1 certified and many have also shared their gift of teaching thru presentations at coaches’ clinics for recreation programs, NJSIAA clinics, and US-Lacrosse sponsored events.
An organization with as many players and locations as ours requires a lot of time, effort, organization and energy. With our full time office support backing up the on field staff, we are well equipped to handle our growing business. We are blessed with a terrific staff that has a high degree of dedication, a great sense of humor, and a commitment to make sure that things run smoothly throughout the year. And over time, we have found that the players and families that continually participate with us become part of our culture and represent the values we share as an organization.

It’s hard to believe that less than a decade ago there was not much of a lacrosse presence in New Jersey, particularly for girls. Seeing this void, Lori Brown was inspired. She started small, but through her love of the game, her business and marketing background, and her natural ability to lead and mentor, she persistently pursued her dream. T3 was created…
Today, T3 is a premier promoter of lacrosse in North/Central and the Shore regions of New Jersey. It exposes and educates thousands of youth annually in the sport. Our organization has become a feeder program for many local middle schools and high schools. T3 continues to strive to increase the competitiveness of our players and bring recognition to New Jersey lacrosse. We are one of the few organizations that are dedicated to providing avenues for kids to play year round. We start at the grass roots level at an early age by inspiring a love for the game. With our systematic approach, we are able to take the T3 method to multiple locations.
T3 directs five tournaments per year including Youth Fest and the Brick Classic in the Spring; Best of the Beach in the Summer; and the Fall Face-Off and Champion of the Dome in the Fall. Our tournaments attract recreational teams, town travel teams, middle and high school teams and club teams from inside and outside of New Jersey. The Best of the Beach and the Fall Face-Off tournaments, in particular, are high school showcase events that attract numerous college coaches. Our events have helped New Jersey gain credibility as a place to come to see high level lacrosse. At the same time, these events have brought a surge of activity and business to the locales in which they are held.
Triple Threat lives on…
Although T3 started very small as a concept created by one and including very few, it has evolved into a thriving year round small business which offers full-time and part-time employment for people who share in our passion. And with this support staff, T3 is able to create many opportunities for players to learn and grow through the sport of lacrosse. We are thankful to have the chance to make an impact on many lacrosse players throughout the state. We find our job most rewarding as we watch so many take their love of lacrosse into their college years and beyond. And we look forward to serving the lacrosse community for many years to come!
